Our fee is non-refundable with the exception of two conditions:
(1) After receiving an approval from us the property either rejects the application or confirms you no longer are required to utilize our services — the property must confirm in writing.
(2) You do not end up signing a lease and it is canceled prior to your scheduled move-in date. Note: a 3% processing fee applies to all refunds, deducted from the refunded balance.
